1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and fci178 ("fci178," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the fci178 website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through fci178, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

fci178 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the fci178 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming guidelines applicable to online casino and sports betting activities.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of fci178, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be self-excluded from fci178 or any other gaming platform under a voluntary or mandatory exclusion order.

fci178 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by fci178 may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of fci178 services, you must register a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.
• You are registering only one (1) account in your own name. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and will not share your username or password with any third party.
• You will promptly notify fci178 of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

fci178 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. Accepted identification documents include Philippine-issued IDs such as a passport, driver's license, SSS card, UMID, or PhilSys national ID.

fci178 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

fci178 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the payment method selected and are displayed at the time of transaction. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Deposits are generally credited to your fci178 account instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but fci178 endeavors to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of verification.

fci178 applies a strict same-name policy: the name on your fci178 account must match the name on the payment method used. Transactions from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may be returned or forfeited.

fci178 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and may request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure and is not an indication of wrongdoing on the part of the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

fci178 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players only unless otherwise stated.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• fci178 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or collusion, will be forfeited and the account may be permanently closed.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.

In the event of any dispute regarding a bonus or promotion, the decision of fci178 shall be final and binding.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the fci178 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. General gameplay conditions include:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the dealer.
• fci178 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical failures, disconnections, or interruptions during gameplay. In the event of a disconnection, the game result will be determined by the server record.
• Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying their selections before confirming any wager.
• fci178 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or system malfunction.
• Winnings will be credited to your fci178 account balance upon settlement of the relevant game or event.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fci178 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in connection with any game or sporting event.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the fci178 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fci178 staff or other players through any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

fci178 is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Filipino players. We believe that gambling should always be a form of entertainment, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account dashboard.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from fci178.
• Use any fci178 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of fci178 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by fci178.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fci178 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical failures beyond fci178's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data.
• Any third-party conduct or content accessible through the Platform.

fci178's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fci178 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Privacy & Data

fci178 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

fci178 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and fci178 cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Termination

fci178 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• fci178 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
• fci178 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account.
• Your account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting fci178 customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

fci178 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14. Amendments

fci178 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fci178 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
